Festival of Flavors
August 27 & 28, 2011

The Festival of Flavors will showcase Wisconsin products, local goods and culinary artisans, Wisconsin wineries and cheese producers, plus present the healthful aspects of the healthful aspects of food and fitness. Make plans now to visit the Eagle River area and take part in this premier event.

Cheese carver Troy Landwehr will be carving in the "Celebrate the Taste" tent on Saturday and Sunday. Troy has been carving for years and completed carvings for the Green Bay Packers, Monday Night Football, Disney, Sam's Club, and Cheeze It Crackers. He once carved the Declaration of Independence from a 1-ton round of cheese.
